Genset Tracking (GT – 100)
The GT 100 is PAR's configurable solution for monitoring and tracking intermodal gensets and refrigerated containers. The GT 100 unit is 100% compatible with both Carrier and ThermoKing brand generator sets. The GT 100 technology provides critical information for management, operation, and maintenance of gensets. Both our "clip on" and "underslug" genset tracking solutions are proven and tested.
Generator sets or "gensets" are the expensive and necessary asset required to compete in the "cold" supply chain business. Similar to chassis and containers these assets must be properly managed and accounted. The GT 100 products are proven systems that provide owner/operators of this asset and the cargo they preserve.
Housed in a single, rugged module, the GT 100 easily attaches to any intermodal reefer genset unit-permanently and securely. Designed, tested and proven for exceedingly harsh environments of the intermodal market, the GT 100 product provides reduction in genset misuse, misplacement, and abuse. Our reefer/genset tracking product is designed to yield better corporate profits through better asset management, efficiencies, and increased customer service. Clandestine installation of the GT 100 takes less than 30 minutes per unit.
