Since 1994 Par Logistics has supplied the ICT-100 technology to The United States Department of Defense for their container shipments of highly sensitive materials. The Cargo*Watch System utilizes GPS, Cellular, RFID, Satellite and Internet technologies, to provide real time visibility of cargo, trailers, and containers. For security monitoring of container or trailer doors, either a built in hardwired technology, or a wireless RFID security seal and reader are incorporated into the ICT-100. The CWS tracks and monitors intermodal containers and provides critical supply chain visibility and security. Built into a clandestine rugged package, the CWS will stealthily deliver to cognizant agents, fleet managers, and supply chain partners, the real time location and status of a particular container/ cargo. Vital and sensitive information concerning the intermodal container will be customized to the Cargo*Watch exception based reporting format.
