Working closely with the US Department of Homeland Security and US Department of Transportation for several years, PAR LMS has developed and deployed an integrated tracking solution for the intermodal container shipping industry and have successfully migrated this technology into the truck trailer markets.
Since 1994 Par Logistics has supplied the IC300 technology to The United States Department of Defense for their container shipments of highly sensitive materials.
The Cargo*Watch System utilizes GPS, Cellular, RFID, Satellite and Internet technologies, to provide real time visibility of cargo, trailers, and containers.
For security monitoring of container or trailer doors, either a built in hardwired technology, or a wireless RFID security seal and reader are incorporated into the IC300.

With 1000s of deployed systems, we have developed proven technologies for intermodal asset and cargo monitoring that yield real return on investment benefits. The CWS tracks and monitors intermodal containers and provides critical supply chain visibility and security. Built into a clandestine rugged package, the CWS will stealthily deliver to cognizant agents, fleet managers, and supply chain partners, the real time location and status of a particular container/ cargo. Vital and sensitive information concerning the intermodal container will be customized to the Cargo*Watch exception based reporting format. Clandestine installation of the IC300 takes less than 15 minutes per unit.
